Thanks for the luv girl, you are looking HOT!! Lat and Delts I use to hit them 2x per wk. Pullups I did 3x per wk wide n narrow. Hit shoulder hard fast done eat. That's the program. Military chest press-Yes for shoulders they help. Lying lat raises are great too.Keep in touch-MJ
