Why I Love It:
I find it a great way of not only maintaing focus regarding fitness and general health, but also as a means of maintaing focus on my studies and other activities.
How I Stay Motivated:
I change my routine regularly in order to maintain interest, so I don't get tiresome of the same workout. I also consider where I'd be if i didn't work out; a MESS :D
BB Accomplishments:
From starting off with a military press of around 20 kg when i was 16, to my current press of 68kg for 6 repititions. Although not a great amount, I felt as a personal achievement, it was quite impressive.

ya,, been ok ,but been sick 4 awhile,,hurt my w/o program,,but still lift a little when i can,,it didnt kick my ass to much since ive not loost work,,yeah,,think i had the swine flu,,but wasent to bad cept feelin down n loss of energy,, keep up your great work bro
