How I Started:
I changed my diet after my Dad had a heart attack my freshman year of college. By just doing that I lost over 50 lbs, but I wanted more. I started doing some research and talked to a few people about working out. I bought a home gym and some free weights and started working out at home, but really started to get serious in the past few months.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself and that I am improving my health, not to mention my looks.
How I Stay Motivated:
The feeling after a workout
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 50 lbs, now just need to lose a little more fat and gain some muscle. Ran a 5K with my sister, finishing in 30:30
