Overall Goal:  Get Leaner. And look my best as years go by! I def want to compete in a bikini/figure competition one day, hopefully after all this med school chaos. To me body is the greatest gift, and I want to hone this gift to my best capability.

How I Started:
My ex bf was a personal trainer and he got me to just try it! And I loved it so much, I eventually started training for a fitness competition, but never really got a chance to compete because of school, MCAT, friends, drinking, etc. Definitely a goal for the future. Also want to go to arnold and meet all these great people that inspire me! :)
Why I Love It:
Makes me study better, look good, and stress relief-- can I ask for more for my life to be complete?
How I Stay Motivated:
Holding onto the rope so tightly,and not letting it go.the bruises will vanish,but the scars may persist. But sometimes, scars are pretty- just like freckles. When I let go the rope,hopefully the parachute will glide me safely to the land of glory.
BB Accomplishments:
I learnt SO MUCH about everything! And I m still learning. Learning and applying right now is the most exciting thing.

I am probably 10 lbs away from... lean, ness. Then I can add some muscle.. RIght now, just walking on an incline for an hour as a cardio.
Added weight training-- less cardio.. diet ALWAYS CLEAN!!

hi bbabe i see u lost those 10lbs! :-) congratssss- u look great in ur progress pic- i def needa get back into the groove of things! a month ago i dropped down to 91 lbs because of depressed times but i wanna get back to being toned and skinny at the same time! :-) we can do this!

Hey girl..thanks for the message. yes, it is so hard to find time to get exercise in during school and residency..but I always had to. I actually started my residency in general surgery (b4 they changed the amount of hours you were allowed to work)...had a baby-being a surg resident, married to a military doc, and a mom just didn't mix. Hard 2 show patients the way when you are lazy and out of shape.;) Good luck with your studies. ~Stacy

After my Military career is over, I want to get into fire fightting and finish school to become a PA or NP. Everyone says go all the way, get your masters and become an MD. You do what many of us feel we can't...
