mon- chest and arms

 

tuesday- legs, calves, and abs

 

wednesday- back, shoulders, traps

 

thursday- chest and arms

 

Friday- legs, calves, and abs

 

Saturday- back, shoulders, traps

 

sunday- rest

 

every night 15 mins hiit cardio with 150 twists and one set to failure on leg raises and crunches

 

i follow this workout for about 8 weeks and then go into a resting phase of training splitthat is either 4-5 days long with the rest ofthe days resting.. cardio never goes under 5 days a week for me..

I try to keep carbs up to a certain extent to help those muscles with fatigue.. i dont eat a lot of fat and always take in my protein.

morning time pre workout

1/2-1 cup oats

6-8 egg whites

1 scoop of combat muscle pharm

 

post workout

2 scoops of whey isolate and on heavy days i add vitargo

 

3rd meal

lean steak and brown rice

 

4th meal

chicken or tuna

brown rice

broccoli or asparagus

 

5th meal

chicken, tuna, or turkey

brown rice or sweet potatoe

broccoli or asparagus

 

6th meal

lean steak

broccoli or asparagus

 

7th meal bed time

2 scoops of combat muscle pharm

pre workout

usually is assault plus combat protein

 

post workout

whey isolate really any brand i like optimums hydro whey a lot

and on heavy lifting days i use vitargo

 

i also use mp glutamine and bcaa

 

and before bed time i use zma max from mp and combat
