I started weight training last year and went from cardio queen to lean and fierce. I was able to leg press 8 plates, and now I just became a fitness instructor

I was reading some of your blogs. how did you do in the corporate challenge? i also know about trying to balance everything between life, school and teh gym. been there, done that. But in the end, grad school always gets first priority.
