I have read that you should keep your training 1hr to 45 minutes, so I dont bother to do the warm up sets just the Stretching is what I do. This weekend Im going to add another supplement to my stack (ZMA). I will let you know if I notice anything. And Im changing my Protien over to Muscle Milk since I need more protein then what EAS is giving me.
HST is working great for me I see the progress on the strength & gaining mass. Currently im on my 6th week on this routine.
