How I Started:
I'm tired of the way I feel & look. I was in really good shape about 2yrs ago, & I have lost it all. Just got comfortable with my surroundings too much. I'm turning 30 today and ready to get back on track. They say everything goes done hill from here, but I will not let that happen. I am ready to work hard and to sweat alot!
