I love to read how people have changed for the better. I love to see 'current' photos that show so much happiness and confidence.
But those people are not hanging out in my room ready to drag me out of bed. Nor are they standing next to me in the gym ready to bark out that I can do two more reps.
This is for me. I have to get myself out of bed. I have to lift the weight. Sure, I could skip a day, or lift too-light weights, but that would just put me one day further away from my current goals. And I'm tired of waiting.
