I was not so big growing up...So i started hitting the gym found an idol and kept at it...
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuild/working out cause it takes my mind off of things and makes me feel stronger. i hate the weak feeling..

Try to get bigger to continuelly impress my girlfriend..Also to one day join Special Forces

Goal (Long):
I would like to become more deifined to compete when i go to college after im done here in the army
Anyone have any clue what this is? I have been developing these little red prin prick dots on my shoulders and now around my eyes! Should i be concerened i was wondering if anyone new the cause or even if this is a major concern?
I like "cracked" a bone in my lower back and ripped up the spinae erector muscles in a football game...but i didnt really kno it so i had to lift the next day and while i was doing squats my back just blew out and i couldnt move or really do anything ...i still have to wear a brace once in a while...it ****in blows balls dude
hey man how u been? we need to chill over a couple cases and talk sometime man...sucks never seein ya dude...i just started lifting again...i broke my back in football last october and i couldnt do much until mid-Feb...im lookin like a big pussy right now haha ...keep it up tho and hopefully we'll chill sometime in the near future
First off, good luck with that Green to Gold scholarship, and second off thanks for the encouragement. It feels good to be back in the gym. Also good luck with the state side gym. I miss those already.
Nutrition is usually the number one reason people fail to make progress or gains. You're looking pretty lean and mean in your avi pic. You already answered your own question. Gotta eat to get big!
Hi Mitch - Sorry for the very delayed response but I don't check this page very much. I think you have a great base to start competing. Start with the smaller shows and get some experience with stage presence. You're still young and size will come in time! Train hard and don't forget to eat and sleep! :o)

HEY THERE MITCHEY POO!!!!! I thought I'd embarrass you a bit before telling you how huge you are! What happened to the little tike running around behind everyone in paintball, getting on everyones nerves because you were too small to catch?!?!!?!?!
