How I Started:
I worked out when I was younger and while I was deployed to Iraq. Haven't done it in a long time until now. My wife and I are actually working out together (or trying). We have a wonderfull little baby boy who was born July 2008. Lets just say we both gained a little baby fat (mine was sympathy she says, haha). We both want to lose fat and tone up!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after you get done working out and how you feel the rest of the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife and I keep each other motivated. We keep thinking about summertime fun and having bodies we are both proud of.

I want to loose my gut and build muscle.
Goal (Long):
I am tired of being fat and out of shape. When I was younger I was always very active and also when I was in the ARMY. Since I have gotten out the weight has just packed on. Short term, I want to hit the gym hard this winter so by summer I can take my shirt off and not be embarassed. This will be a life long change I want to make. I want to loose weight, tone up and live a healthier life. I was planning on starting this week but with the recent weather it will probably be next week. Record snowfall of 19 3/4 inches in one night yesterday.
