What you are feeling is not unusual and can be conquered. You have already proven that you have the ability to do the work and lose the weight so you are way ahead of most others who are just starting out. Pick a date, say Monday and target that day as your re-start date and take the week-end & put together a program & make it a priority. No matter what make it to the gym when your schedule says to. Let me know if I can do anything to assist you.

As a fellow Canadian I thought I would drop by and wish you much success in your body transformation quest. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I used Body for Life, which is a 12-week program, and I lost over 50 lb's and she had very good results. Believe in your own inner strength and push yourself to be the best that you can be. I wish you all the best and look forward to seeing your progress.
