My mother got involved with the I.F.B.B. & Fitness North West Chairman and I joined the committee and started out...although I have always enjoyed the gym.

cheyennelax26 I do cardio twice a week for about half an hour then do abs after that. I lift four days a week, as far as eating i eat 2500 on off days and 3300 on lift days but im about to increase my calories i think Jul 27, 2010 5:12pm
