i want to gain 10 pounds of muscle before next year
Goal (Long):
When i enter the gym i want to be the guy everyone says that guys got a awesome build.I wont settle for being average i want to have a eight pack which everyone can see and be confident around woman.I want my biceps bulging out and i want to be able to lift my own weight i know with full dedication I can do this in the next 12 months
Well 1st of all u need a good training program..thats the most important then need to eat well...Well , i inspire my self by teling my self its important to me and i want the results +i really like it so i train hard..U can also watch shows like "the world strongest man" , WWE ,and more and see the guys there that lift unbelievble w8ts.
Heya, Thanks for your comment :) I have lots of thoughts on goals but tried to be brief and was STILL too wordy! LOL so will pasted it into my blog (post #22). At a later time I will have to expand more just cos its a subject that really interests me. Enjoy the journey, stay focused and never give up!
