On the beach last year I hope I look better on the beach this year. Gotta change my lifestyle and get fit!

LOL! Cruise? Day camp? I had to go back and check out what the heck I had told you! I didn't go anywhere, it was just that I didn't eat healthy OR workout for like, two friggin' weeks, so therefore the "vacation" part. hehehe. But I'm back on track today! It's been 4 hours since I've been awake and I haven't cheated. Let's celebrate! ;O)
Well, I'll tell ya, I'd post 'em if I had 'em! Been on a "healthy eating and exercising" vacation for the past two weeks. I definately wouldn't recommend it...to ANYONE! I have no doubt you've been doing WAY better than I have!

Well, heh heh, funny you should ask. I'm starting to think, at least for this week, that the term "progress" is relative. In other words, I CHEATED LIKE MAD TODAY! So my "progress" today would be that I didn't have TWO ice cream cones for desert or TWO hot dogs for lunch. ;o) I can't wait until my weigh-in on Tuesday!! Yeah, not really. HA! My husband pulled the treadmill out as I'm typing this, so I think he's hinting that I need to get on it after today. THAT MANIAC!
As long as you keep doin' what yer supposed to be doin', you'll see progress. You think that you're worse than you really are, cause I can see some progress. Not a LOT, mind you because, frankly, you really don't need much. But I can definitely see a more defined shape and smaller thighs. Course, I don't wanna look too hard cause that'd be kinda weird cause I'm a girl and all, but you get my drift! ;o) Okay, I'm done now.
