Adding more Immunocal has seemed to help improve my fatigue and my recovery , hubby is finding it cuts his recovery in half... although i dont clearly do the heavy weights he does. All and all seems the more glutathione I get into my system the better for me.. diet still in check even with the stitches in my jaw and being limited to certain foods right now... so have been doubling up on my immunocal intake with yogurt... so we will see....
