it took a breakup. Since then I started the max-ot training program...it has worked wonderful, never seen faster or better results in myself. I'm physically in the best shape of my life and only getting better.

i just started my nasm training and so far i am thrilled about the choice i made in certifications. i can't wait to get my career as a fitness professional underway! i can always use advice if anyone in this community has some!
