haha, i don't know about that man, thats just your mind playing tricks on you or just blood in that part of the chest. but at some point it is good to do a little decline stuff i guess, i mean it will make it look more full... but not lift it up.

thanks man, i actually don't do any kind of decline chest at all... i think it's kind of bulshit, but who know i may be wrong. it's all flies and incline for me. keep at it man, your lookin' pretty good, got some broad ass shoulders you can still put mad wheight on if you wanted to.

i'm honestly not doing as good as i could be at this point because i have school and work, but those pictures are from a day ago so i do still maintain what i have... just sucks man because theres no time to grow. just enough time to sleep,eat and poop. and the poopin cancels out the eating so what the hell man, all i'm doing is sleeping, haha. anyways i'm gonna go pump some metal objects right now, later man.

jamie, your awesome man, if had to be lady i'd pick to be either you or the chick from dirty dancing. anyways, i just wanted to say you look gwweeaatt and if your lucky maybe you can make lots of green paper things and use them for cool stuff that poor people can't do, or maybe do some things together with poor people so you kill 2 birds with 1 stone. and keep beastin' out on your arms they look great in all the pictures.

hey man, really love the way your promoting natural building, i'm gonna try to stir up some attention when i get older too but your just beastin' out right now with the show, articles and bodybuilding.com in general. just keep doing what your doing man, it's probably real buisy but i think it's worth it for you. best of luck with everything and you should do a little episode about natural bodybuildings history( or just past athletes), that would be pretty sweet.
