My Workout Program
I've started doing P90x, the fitness training DVD program created by Tony Horton. So far, it's been a full week of workouts, and going to be doing the same cycle for the next 3 weeks. After that it's a change-up for one week, with the 3-week set-up starting again with slightly altered workouts. The goal is that by the end of 3 months, I'll have made a major change in my lifestyle, as well as in my fitness level. Aiming to get stronger, gain more muscle mass, then rip it to shreds.
