i used to ride horses 4 - 6 hours a day up to 2000 then i decreased to about 12 hours a week
then in 2005 i stopped completely due to an accident which did not allow me to be too active in 2006 i started to go to gym again but it all failed when i started working for Chrysler Jeep
then i had another accident and broke my foot.
then i met a lady Natasha Azevedo... A TOTAL INSPIRATION AND A YOUNG MASTERPIECE! i am so motivated that i can not wait to get into gym and train train train and swim till i cant no more! and i want to keep it up!
Why I Love It:
i love it as it makes me feel good and makes me feel happy and content

but i was too skinny
today i just felt i want you all to see a little skinnier new me
to transform my body into something i can enjoy
gain some muscle
and loose a hell of a load of weight
Goal (Long):
to become a real pro at this to have less than 8% body fat
to weight 59kg and have a tight lean beautifull body
maybe when i am fourty (seven years from today 12/12/2007) i will compete in competitions.... lets see how it goes... maybe i am dead by then but if not YEAH i want to get there
Hey hun, You tooooooo sweet man. Was awesome training with ya today, Can't wait till your finger is healed up so we can hit those weights full force.
I might even try you on them next week, light tho k.... We are in for a serious journey... so strap up and enjoy the ride!

Congratulations on making the decision to get fit. Always believe in yourself and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. Combine a good nutrition plan with some form of cardio and weight lifting and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I did the Body for Life program, which is for a total of 12 weeks and received amazing results. You may want to give it a look-see. Let me know if there is anything that I can do.
