Now that I have a grip on the muscle wieght, it's time to pack it on for about 2-3 months, Shred, and repeat.
Goal (Long):
I want to compete in local competitions and dominate. I have gained a lot from the time I started just weight lifting about 4 years ago. I want to be @ 10% bf & 215lbs.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%
