How I Started:
A started in 2001 when I was student, doing only pushups. I felt too skinny and this helped me to get a bit stronger. Then I bought an abs bench, then weights and a bar. Little by little I learnt how to do correct movements. But I was not dedicated : traning for 6 weeks then stop during 6 months...
In July 2007 I started swimming during hollydays. And I kept doing it. I also started training with weights more seriously.
Why I Love It:
I love it because I feel better in my body. This is a psychological therapy :-)
How I Stay Motivated:
Feeling the pump of a right workout.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained some weight ! (+5kg)
My morphology is so hard weight gaining.
I DO EVERYTHING IN 3 SETS OF 12 FOR A 12 RM MAX AS THE LAST THING I CAN POSSABLY LIFT AT THE END. IS THAT ENOUGH?/I MENA, I AM NOT AT COMPLETE FAILURE, BUT I CAN NOT LIFT THAT MUCH!! LOL!!
THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE............ I WORKOUT THE ENTIRE BODY. I USED TO WORK EVERYTHING ALL AT ONCE, BUT I STARTED TO GET REALLY BURNT OUT. SO NOW I WORKOUT ONE BODY PART AT A TIME; CHEST, BACK, SHOULDERS, LEGS, BICEPS, TRICEPS, ABS.......... I USED TO FEEL THAT THE BODY COULD NOT IMPROVE ON SUCH LITTLE TIME PUT INTO IT, BUT NOW I KNOW A LITTLE BETTER. IT JUST TAKES SOOOOOOOOOO LONG TO SEE RESULTS, YOU KNOW?
