I am in the military so I have always had to workout, but I started seriously working out Jan. '07. I lost 25lbs, but have gained some back, so I am on the fast track to 'recovery':)
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel unstoppable and like I can do anything!
How I Stay Motivated:
I love how I feel after a great workout! There's no other feeling in the world!
BB Accomplishments:
After years of never running (except for my PT tests) I completed my first half marathon in April of 07 and my first full marathon in Sep of 08! My short term plan is to complete my first round of P90x and hopefully compete in a figure comp. next fall! I'm looking forward to my progress!
