Overall Goal:  I would ULTIMATELY love to compete; however, at this time I would like to transform my body. By Sept 1, 2009 my goal is to have lost 16 inches lost (overall) and achieve moderate- muscle definition.I would like my Body fat to measure between 20%.

How I Started:
I'm not sure on an EXACT date... But It was in 2001. I was 200 unhealthy pounds and was tired of making excuses to myself. I started to eat clean and walking 4 times a week. That turned into jogging. I lost 20lbs in a month by doing this alone. I then joined the gym and became a cardio queen until I educated myself on the benefits of weightlifting (via fitness magazines). I continued to lose weight until I reached my goal and lost 60lbs. That was in 2007 (see profile pic). Now over the last 2 years I've gained almost 30 lbs back. I've recommitted myself back to working out and eating clean.
Why I Love It:
OVERALL BALANCE (Mind, Body and Soul)
How I Stay Motivated:
Lately.........I'm NOT! Any tips on how to get back into the swing of things?
