Well, I am getting fat. I weigh like almost 200 lbs now. I am not so happy with that. I realize if I don't start working out a lot more... I become bored, crazy, and I easily stress. I feel unhealthy when I do not work out. I want to be able to feel toned, fit, and happy with my inner and outer self. Once I lose at least 20 pounds I know I wont stop there. I'll keep going and feel great!
The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.
Hi MsPrettyG just wanted to wish you good luck in your endeavors. I too hope to be running around (like a wild woman and not all jiggeldy) in a bikini this summer. I think we'll both do it and hopefully have fun during the whole process! Have fun, J
Check it out at Bodyforlife.com. You work out with weights for 1 hr. max every other day, do cardio for 20 min max every other day. You eat 5 to 6 small, hi protein, lo carb, lo fat meals per day (2 to 3 can be shakes) for 6 days and on the 7th day you rest and get to eat anything and everything that your little heart could desire. My wife, myself and many of our clients have achieved great results using their program. It may not be the end-all be-all, but it’s hard to knock the results.
As a couple that not only needed body transformations but also achieved them my wife and I know where you are coming from. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had good results. If you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. If my wife or I can be of assistance feel free to give us a yell.
