I got started by watching someone very special to me (my muffin) who is a complete gym rat... I saw that it was a way to burn off some steam, vent some frustration, and improve myself... and fell in love!

I stay motivated by progress. Also, that energized feeling after working out makes all the sweat and hard work worth it!

I want to be healthy. I want to look at myself and be proud of what I have accomplished. I want to be able to inspire those around me to live healthier lives.
It is so inspiring to see a young woman with so much dedication and determination to push herself to the limit. Her body is amazing and gives me motivation to push myself harder.
I've recently realized that my ab workout isn't nearly as intense as I would like it to be... but am relatively new to the whole gym thing so I'm running out of ideas. *huffs* Please help!!!! =)
hey,just read your blog.you have to really want it.day before your workout,start thinking about it,what you will do and what you want from it. think about what you wrote under your profile pic.you have to be determined,find determination and you will succeed.hope this helps a little.will admit,bad food always tastes better! tough one that,all the best to you.
have a cheat day!!! every sunday i eat whatever i want tacos and ice cream and starbursts MMmMMMm.. and then every day of the week i eat clean i might sneak a reeces or snickers wed nite but your body needs to be a little dirty lol
Oh thats wassup. Commission huh? U got ur bachelors or u are going to go through ROTC? I am an MP...the air force call us Security Forces though....we dont do much here b/c the portuguese have primary jurisdiction.
diet diet diet!!!! no matter how much cardio you do its all about diet and thats something i had to learn.. i eat alot of fish and chicken lots of green veggies spinach and salad..no dressing i use lemons and pepper..lots of spices very little salt or sugar lots of olive oil..
