How I Started:
I want to feel confident in my body and also be healthy at the same time. When I started, my friend and I signed up at Gold's and got a personal trainer. Once we started getting more looks, I couldn't help but to work out more!
Why I Love It:
It makes me look great and feel happy and to wear a bathing suit confidently!
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a picture of myself before hand and it motivates me to look better and strive for the best!
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 7lbs and have gained excellent toned muscles and definition.
Ok so I used to do snatch and it messed up my lower back so bad that I am unable to perform it temporarily. I need to know some exercises to strengthen my lower back. I can't do deadlift, and I can barely do bent over rows...

Workout Program:
Sunday nights I like to just run and watch the tele. On Mondays I do abs and run for 30 minutes. Then Tuesdays I like to work out my upper body and do my abs. Wednesdays I take off. Thursdays I train my legs and my buttox and also do abs. Fridays I just run and do my abs.
