I went from 172 this summer all the way back up to 183!! I was in agony and decided this cannot be my fate I am only 23!! So yeah.. getting back on track. Already down to 176 since I started watching what I eat last week. Keep your head up. It can be done,the most important thing, as we know, is sticking to it, follow all the way through.

I know same thing happened with me! I was in a real slump, I totally lost focus and started to feel like I would just be fat forever. (THAT was a terrible feeling) But I'm getting back on track, ready to start body for life again, and actually keep doing it after the 12 weeks are over.

Well since my initial loss of weight (about 18 lbs) I've become stagnant, I've plateauted and found it really hard to get motivated, it took so much effort and drive to do what I did to loose that weight and it didn't seem like it was happening fast enough. But after 2 months of nearly nothing happening I'm ready to make those healthy changes permanent and loose the weight no matter how long it takes.

Hey skinny girl! Your progress is looking great. I fell off there for about a month on this yucky plateau but I'm ready to get my diet back up to par and really get my but in gear and keep the momentum going. Wish me luck!!

Progress is VERY slow.. the scale barely moves... but my body fat percentage is slowly going down. it just seems like so much work and the results come so slowly but... I'm in it to win it. Don't worry about setbacks... I'm sure you'll get back on track. You've made stellar progress so far!

I'm doing ok. I started the body for Life 12 week challenge 7 weeks ago... the first 3 weeks were amazing I woke up super early and worked out and ate just about perfect than weeks 4 and 5 my diet got a little spotty than.... I missed a workout in week 6 and now in week 7 so... feelin a little bummed but ready to get back on track.

Wow yeah, it could be that. I use that hand held thing to measure body fat its like a screen with two handles. I think its the least accurate but it gives me some point of reference. I don't think they have the calipers at the gym I go to or if they do they don't use them. But I will ask and see. Thanks for the heads up. And my starting body fat was actually 38% I think i posted 37.

Thank you thank you. I dropped my calories and was able to notice the difference and finally able to start seeing some definition from all my hard weight training work.

Thank you thank you! Cutting down calories has already made a HUGE difference. I took it down from 1800-2100 to 1300-1500 So far so good.

Things are going well but SLOW how do I speed up the process or is it supposed to take this long? I feel the composition of my body changing, I feel stronger and less giggly, but the scale doesn't move much, and my clothes aren't much looser. :( How do I accelerate things?
