My Motivation Program

I lost my motivation for a bit. But overall I think of my health and how I want to live a full active life. I think of accomplishing my goals. I accomplished going back to school which was quite a feat for me. This is by far something I have struggled with the longest and to tackle this would be an amazing accomplishment for me. I also think about the impact of my choices on my daughter. I want to be a role model for her and show her that with hard work and determination anything is possible. I want to keep my sexiness, I don't want to be a frumpy mom, so remembering what I want to look like 5, 10, 20 years from now is a great motivator. And understanding that everything I do today will affect all my tomorrows is a big motivator. Also keeping track of what I eat and when I work out make it feel like a challenge, I want to have the best days ever, each day, in some aspect I want to do better than the one before.

Hottie-I-Am Hi there:) Thank you!!! Stomach=====DIET DIET DIET. seriously. that's it. you can do all the crunches you want and build muscle, but if you have fat on your stomach, the muscle is only going to push it out, not burn it! but you need to lift and exercise too to build muscle to burn fat. hope this helps. are you eating clean?
