Overall Goal: I'm going to loose 60 pounds, and fit into a size 4 or measure 24-26" in the waist, and transform my "fluffy figure" into the body of a curvy athletic goddess. And let my outside do justice to my inside.
Fit Status:
Has regained my mojo and is back on track. I made up for my missed workouts and oh man it feels so GOOD!!!
I know my body is out of shape and I know I can get it into amazing shape. Also looking at pictures from this past thanksgiving and Christmas, was a wake up call for me. I want to be strong and solid, I don't want to jiggle, I don't want a "fluffy figure." I want to be fit tight and sexier than I already am. So... thats why I'm starting and finishing this time!
Why I Love It:
I love the euphoric feeling from working out and eating right. Just knowing that I am treating my body with the respect it deserves and nourishing it to the very best of my ability is an amazing feeling. I feel strong and powerful.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of being a role model for my daughter. I want to keep my sexiness, I don't want to be a frumpy mom, so remembering what I want to look like 5, 10, 20 years from now is a great motivator. And understanding that everything I do today will affect all my tomorrows is a big motivator. Also keeping track of what I eat and when I work out make it feel like a challenge, I want to have the best days ever, each day, in some aspect I want to do better than the one before.
Woooooooooooooooow. I'm brave, but this is it, this is my official before picture. 188 lbs with a 41" waist. Can't wait to shed all that fat, and build my new sexy body. Can't wait!!

Goal (Long):
I've been working on trying to change my eating and exercise habits since I had my daughter 3 years ago! And have been up and down about 20 lbs since. So much has changed in the past 3 years, however despite the hardships I have faced, I'm ready to make a change that, in the long run will benefit everyone around me.
I am radically changing how and what I eat, and make working out as routine as brushing my teeth. I want exercise to become a natural part of my daily routine. I will loose 60 pounds and fit into a size 4, have a waist of 24"-26" with a 15-20% bodyfat by the end of this year. And be able to run 2 miles consecutively. I will be fit solid and elegant.

Lunges w/ Weights for the back of your legs and glutes! I swear my butt looks bigger after one session, can't wait to workout again. I'm gonna have the most bodacious butt!

What abdominal workout has worked best for you?
Abs of Steel is a great place to start if you have no idea what ab workouts to do.
After all that hard work, my weight started slowly sneaking back up the scale. It seems like I went from 172 to 180 overnight!!! I can't take it!! I'm committing to workout 6x a week and get my calories under 1500-1700 and eat every 2-3 hours. I can't fully express how horrific it feels...
I want you to know and believe that you are doing great and can achieve your fitness goals. My wife and I know where you are coming from & know that you can make your fitness dreams come true. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I followed the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks. I lost over 50 lb and my wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in those 12 weeks. . If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. Believe and Achieve!
THATS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPEND TO ME!! i Lost the first 15 lbs and hadn't moved from 170 forever! and then i stopped eating fast food and then started a running for my cardio and i dropped two lbs so, I'm still wavering from 167 to 170 but i'm going to continue no matter, what...school got kind of hard to pay for, so I'm joining the navy to follow my dreams of getting my bachelors and hopefully my masters....
Hey girl! I'm far from skinny hahaha. Things have been slow on this end too. I had to go home for a family emergency and ended up not working out and eating crap for 4 weeks. But I'm back and ready to hit it up hard again! I have 6 wks until the hubby is back so I'm gonna be busting it! Even though we fell off a little at least we are getting back on :) Tear it up this week girl!

Hey there - sorry I haven't checked in on you for a while, but I'm glad to see you are doing well! Better than me actually - I have been travelling for 3 out of the last 4 weeks, and going to England next week, so diet and excercise have been bad. I will need to kick it into high gear again after I return from my trip next week.
Thanks girl!!!! I have a new pic that I posted then took down. I'll have to find it and repost it. But I probably wont be taking any pics this month. My diet has been bad, working out when I can. The little ones have been sick. Ergh. I've gotta get back in there! How have you been?

Hi hun, you've already come a long way! Think of some things that motivate you, or even better, maybe some people! That always helps me to drag my butt to the gym when I'd rather be sitting on a patio drinkin 1000 calories drinks, or eating candy! Just keep your goal in mind :)
