How I Started:
Well I started in highschool. I got out of high school and had to start working. Gee who would have though I didnt work out any more. Then I joined the Air Force in 2004 and still didn't workout. then i woke up one day and said dang i look like crap so here i am doing something about it.
Why I Love It:
It makes my feel good about myself. It seems to make things in life not seem so hard. And it help to give myself goals.
Im supposed to drink a certain amout every day. So when i make my protien shake. The water I use. should or can I count that as part of my water intake for the day?
