i saw chipmunks the movie tonight it was good. ive been consistent with my work outs and thats all i can do. im going to call in the veggies for a serious weight loss attack tomorrow. i am getting a mental picture of who i want to be in my mind so i have something to fight for. how many more pounds are you goona lose this year? im still trying to get to 15 pounds by the end.

Bicep surgery? Ouch! Did it happen in the gym? No doubt that is your focus. I spent half of 2009 doing TLC/physical therapy on my lower back. Happened in the gym but was told it could've happened by tying my shoe. Injuries bite but at least we are healthy and that makes situations better vs. being lazy bums
