I read your blog the other day about your off season diet.. love it!I wish it worked for me...lol! Im still struggling to drop 7lbs..lol! Thinking of doing the Npc md state in aug. then usbf in nov. but truthfully Npc scares me!lol! Not to mention I need more size to really be competative..

Nice to hear it,good when you get a run of great workouts and not too many injuries.Bulking is great and easier as you get older lol.Yep i have a a few good sessions this year and plan to push on increasing size and weight.Ache all over right now from doing two body parts a day for the last week!!
