Last week was a great workout week.....I made both of my training sessions and he worked muscles I didn't know existed. I started this week with a good workout on my own this morning.....I hit the treadmill for 30mins then knocked out some chest press, biceps/triceps curls and lateral pulls.
As long as you keep trying , then your best workout is always going to be your NEXT one ..... remember when one day you won't remember those progress pic's, guarantee
It's times when we feel alone that a few words of advice keep us going .... Good luck and stay in the fight , were all pulling with you. Your last log on was exactly one (1) month ago.Talk to you soon .....
If your workouts match your smile then you will have more than enough energy to reach and even surpass you're goals .... just stay focus, I will continue to monitor your progress and be looking for big results.
My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
