Well I started at 264lbs!! wow now im around 224 give or take... Now my goal focal point to get to 200 even by the end of the year but would really love to get to 170 by the arnold classic of 09!

Hey how is everything going? I am continuing to work hard, working on the scale part. I talked to my doctor and he seems to think that my body is holding water so he gave me some water pills, I will let you know how it goes soon.
Just take it one day at a time. Get through the academy, be sharp during FTO, and always be confident and in charge when dealing with the public. Showing weakness will get you eaten up

Nah too busy, am thinking bout getting into competitive Kickboxing again tho, starting a new job soon which will better suit working out and fitness in general, yay
sounds like ur doin all the rite stuff, i usually just break my diet into 50/50 carbs and protien + all the fruit n veg i can squeeze in too, there's a lot of hype about too many carbs but without em u wont have the energy for the workout plus they boost ur insulin levels wich is great for muscle development and growth, ur bod will tell u wat it needs, just try stuff n if its right it'll feel that way ;)
Just naturally motivated i think, i love getting fit and love testing myself so i like to beat my own benchmarks fitness, bodyfat and strength wise. its good to know u just keep getting better and better
