Getting back in shape like before i hurt my knees, (hyperextensions) I always wanted to look like the girl in Oxygen mag and hope to have a cover one day if not just a awasome transformation article.

I was 264 Her OMG OMG Ill never get here again, not like it was i was being lazy damn knee issues but, fat raeally sneeks up on you

Well I started at 264lbs!! wow now im around 224 give or take... Now my goal focal point is 210-215 By mid July or August

I dont know but something has clicked maybe the fact that this past week i lost what i gained back pluse some? A total of like 6-7 pounds in one week! due to clean eatting and multiple SMALL MEALS of CLEAN foods, not to mention the ruck sack work out wow!! what a fat burner i guess. well...
I was watching The Fit Show on here. Say Glass trainning some figure girls and I totally learned a new way of training. So I snatched his work outs he made out for Jenny Lynn, Monica Brant and some more. Im starting this Monday!!
Today is the day for me I take my measurements and find out how I have been doing I think I have been doing freat but I will wait to see what the numbers say but no matter what happens I must continue
I have learned that it is hard sometimes to stay focused like I missed my workout today which I should not have done but I guess it is that extra push that I would have tomorrow especially since tomorrow is update day for me.
What???!? Are you saying those 2 round balls sitting on my chest don't look natural?? lol I know what you mean though. Some people like like the natural look. I prefer the big fakies.

Yeah I was using that and another on but I found it tedious. I write in a journal and keep track of every calorie and workout and it is easier.
I guess I am old school in that respect. Hows your workouts coming? I drank yesterday too much vodka and am PAYING today. I dont drink that often. Recovery too hard.
I had to make the origional files smaller. Its a real pain cus they take up too much space. I shot them on tuesday and just got them. this guy is a master!!!
I workout 6 days. Adding weight to the workout sounds like a good idea.bought some organic brazil nuts-health food store and they taste blah like shit but they give me energy.sometimes and think "I wont eat anymore." tired of working out all the time and eating right and losing weight slower than molasses.
I will try the weighted thing. Would I run on the treadmill with the weight in a backpack?
