Thanks pretty gal. I've been workin real hard in search of some dramatic results. I've been plaqued with some kind of sinus infection or something so I will probably be out of the gym for a day or two * what's been going on with you?

My diet hasn't strayed much at all for about 2 weeks when I first started. I'm finding the diet to be easier than the exercise this time around mostly because I'm so exhausted by the end of the day and then I force myself to go to the gym.

Yeah I hear you, mine lean out a little bit but they're definately my last fat reserve. My stomach is flat & toned before my body starts to burn them off... I don't want them to be real real small but just toned & muscular. I'm focused on getting there day by day.

It's coming along... trying to hit a minimum of 4x per week in the gym and a strict clean diet. I'm looking for some help aid (natural fat burners like green tea etc) to help me along. My thighs are driving me nuts. How are things with you?

I haven't taken any progress pics in a while. I see my weight shift before it falls off... it's a weird transition. But I know if I stick to the diet & work hard in the gym it will fall off. It just takes a little patience.
How many days/nights per week do you train? What's your total cardio time per week?

I am buying that book as soon as I can make it to barnes and noble! I have been in the gym for 3 nights now... Taking only 1 night off this week. I am hoping to see some fat loss in about 4-6 weeks. I am not sure why but my fat seems to redistribute itself before it leaves my body... But I am hoping to be at least a size smaller by Christmas!
How are things with you? I read your blog, you better not give up! You've come too far!
