Keeps the LBS off and the mind clear and focused
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm internally motivated by knowing what is it like to be at my "best" and my "worst" and having the power to chose which I would like to be. Externally, Beyonce makes me furious (in a good way).

Hi babe :) It sounds like you're back on track for sure! You can definately drop a dress size by the end of the year. Have you taken any progress pictures lately? You may be surprised to find that you're losing inches. I'm not giving up..I was just feeling really low at that point. I'm better now, and I'm on my grind!

Tuna and vegetables??? That doesn't sound too good.. you should buy the Eat Clean Diet book- it's fab and has yummy recipes in it :)
