I'm internally motivated by knowing what is it like to be at my "best" and my "worst" and having the power to chose which I would like to be. Externally, Beyonce makes me furious (in a good way).

I want an extremely toned flat stomach, sculpted thick muscular thighs, and toned arms. I'm a "thick" girl so I have to really watch it - my hopes is to turn my flab into muscle & to have the "perfect" body.

I want to LOSE 20 lb

I wouldn't get as wrapped up around the type of carbs (so long as their complex) but the *TIMING* of your consumption to ignite maximum metabolic efficiency: Carb load *IMMEDIATELY* after fasting (sleeping 6-8 hours) and taper that off within 6 hours to ZERO carb consumption but ramp up Protien intake ... train your GI tract to burn, burn, burn!
