Background
I have been working out a couple years now, but I'm starting fresh and more dedicated this month making it a must no more less than 4 days a week.
I feel great working out and love to challenge and push myself. It helps in all different aspects. Mentally, Physically, and Emotionally. I'm in love with the fitness lifestyle and can't wait to continue to improve in knowledge, performance, and appearance.
