When I Started:
Aug, 2009
How I Started:
I was stuck going through a divorce during summer and ate my way through it. I ballooned up to 155 and realized none of my clothes fit anymore. I started hitting the gym harder but cardio was only doing so much. I started doing some light lifting and saw some muscle popping up. I loved it. My inspiration is Jamie Eason, her body is amazing and I want to achieve a body that I am proud of.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling stronger and it's empowering getting in the gym and heading for the weights instead of the elliptical.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend is a huge motivation. Super supportive of all my goals. Also by looking at pictures of where I want to be and knowing that a brownie or a pizza is NOT worth throwing my hard work and diet out the door.
I want to build muscle and lower my body fat. I am at 19.4 now and would like to get down to something healthier.
Goal (Long):
I want by Winter to start seeing changes in my body. I want muscle definition and a six pack. I want to be proud of my rear end and feel good naked. Isn't that everyones goal? ;)
