1. thanks for the compliment!! Although I think it's a bad picture since a co-worker snapped it when I wasn't ready.
2. Feeling blue... diet sucks and training gets hard some days. Hips are being a bit of a pain (see blog) but there's hope in the horizon!~ How's it going with you?
