Do you sometimes use fat burning supplements?
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Don't really have one. I just get straight into it but a boxing warm up definately gets you in the mood for working out.
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
None at the moment but soon i will start downing some protein shakes after workouts.

So its now been two weeks of eating healthier and exercising regularly i feel great ive lost 2 kg's already but keeping it off not up and down each week..
The home gym thing is really working out, plus my regular jogs are keeping me striving to go better and run further in shorter periods...
