I have trained for years, I almost became a fitness trainer many years ago. I started training after the birth of my daughter to get back into shape. I am beginning my transformation journey again after two years without training. I have just joined a great gym and my motivation is high. I am very focused on achieving my goals.

My goal is to lose 19 kg of fat, gain muscle and to enter a figure competition within a year.
Goal (Long):
I am about to embark on my transformation journey. I have just turned 45 and it is time for me to achieve my fitness goals, look amazing and turn back the clock. I am going to lose 19 kg of excess body fat, gain muscle, ready for competition. In order to do this, I am committing to a training program and am changing my diet and will get a personal trainer. I am going to achieve this in a year. Watch this space.
I'm going into week 11 of the 16 week challenge. Not losing as much as I had anticipated, or hoped rather. I'm not achieving my scheduled cardio due to a very heavy work load (10 to 12 hour days). I have managed to lose an average of 1 pound per week, this is probably not a bad thing as my...

OK now I am really jealous. Doing a training session with Jas! So, so lucky! I have just finished week 7 of her program. Looking at the wild possibility of competing next year. Will see how the next 6 months goes with more muscle building, then maybe look at heading into contest prep!
