How I Started:
Sounds nerdy, but I started working out for golf. Yeah, I know...but this lanky frame can crank out 330 yard drives easy.
Why I Love It:
You get out of it what you put in, its very individual, like golf. You get all the glory, and often times, all the blame. But you know you'd rather be in the ropes, than on the side watching.
How I Stay Motivated:
Doesn't take much, I can be a little compulsive. Just looking at all the people in better shape than me is inspiring (and there's a lot of them).
Golf aside, I'd really like to look as strong as I feel. I heard that there is a new bodybuilding category called classical bodybuilding, where your weight is limited by your height. For my height that limit would be around 212. Basically, your maximum weight (in kg) is your height (in cm) – 100 plus a 6 kg allowance. For me that's around 212 lbs (96 kgs). I think that is a good amount of mass while not going overboard.
