Thank you! I know consistency is key. I just want to tone up and loose 10-15 lbs. yet the scale and my inches haven't budged. I know I need to eat more. I could go all day without eating. Geeze. But thanks lady and Congrats ur looking great!

I know that's one of my issues too! I stay up late, so I wake up a little later , and I could go all day without eating and not even notice. :( that's why my metab is out of whack right now, Plus I used diet pills a couple of years ago, and its true what they say, they can make your body get out of whack. :( BUt no more of that stuff. You're welcome! Keep doing what you do! I can see your muscle gains already! p.s. Great hair! go naturals!! I'm transitioning on that as well! ttys

You're welcome! You definetly will do that. RIght now I'm just focusing on overall body strength and fitness. I love to run! So I'm looking on ways to improve my half marathon time (I'm doing another one in nov-dec of this year) This is my first time incorporating actual weight training days so wish me luck. better strength =better runs

LOL that’s funny. I bet they hurt even more once you wake up from sleep. It definitely looks to me like your bulking up! great job! Are you sore? My soreness always gets worse when I go to sleep.I thought I pulled something last week,hubby said that’s what working out does. The good sore! LOL Not up to much but I'm looking for ways to reduce the fat in my arms. I want them toned but I don't want them as big. Any suggestions?

Yea If I don't look at it as a Life time change, its not realistic to me. I want to be able to maintain and improve my fitness for life. I hated I spent so much time away from being fit, lets make it work this time! LOL thanks for being a friend. :)

That's very comforting to hear, Thank you! I know I often hear people say thats it once you slip up, back when I was at a lighter weight (140) i actually ate whatever I wanted to, (within reason) , but since I was deployed I worked out every day. Thank you I will be posting pics on a biweekly or monthyly or whenever I get the time. The pressures on! LOL j/p.. ttys

Wow Thanks Chica! I was feeling not so much about the body thing but thanks! I worked out today and did upper body I'm still learning but it was a great sweat! I plan on doing good from now on and I really want to stick to it, you're still inspirig me. :)
Sorry to hear about muscle mayhem, I hope you find another competition to get into.

Thats good! Everytime I get busy I don't workout I get lazy.. :( but I'm going to stay motivated now. I'm getting older and I want to be healthy and at least 10 pounds lighter before I hit my 30's...
