1) Work out hard at the gym, at minimum, 4 days per week.
2) Eat clean, leaning slighly heavier on the protein side.
3) Stay focused on the results.
4) Don't let work (or the pending lack of) get me down.
I completely sympathize with you when it comes to work and gym. I bought a treadmill to workout at home..the darn thing won't work! My luck!! We just keep trying :o) Happy 4th of July!!

keep going... you are doing great!!! just remember never give up what seems slow going will speed up and you will start seeing more and more change as you go!!
