I started in 1999 because of a challenge from a best friend. I have stayed at it, but now I'm more focused

Okay, I need you guys help. I need to lower my body fat, and not my weight. I have read way to many things to the point that I am insanely confused! The only thing that works is the MH 300 workout. But I can't do that every day. If I lift heavy, I get bigger! Not what I need. I'm open...
Hey! Sorry for the lagtime...I've been dieting pretty intensely for about 4 weeks now...really low, low carbs and fat and very high protein. Workin under my coach WeaponX66 on here. I think the diet is key really. Also been on the weight loss stack from sellucore(have to spell it out like that coz they won't let me say that brand on here)
