Started with pole dancing, then as I required strength to do the various spins and holds started to go to the gym.

I look at old pictures and remember how I felt when I was that unhealthy.

For women, once they break 20% their bodies start getting pretty stubborn. But that's still really great. You can do it, just switch some things up with your diet and workout. Don't let your body get settled.
