tofu shake after workout ! :)

I like tofu shake, usually i mix soy milk, almond (10~15) and a bit of banana or steamed sweet potato. It's light and nutritious, also nice for breakfast or snack between meal. If you like tofu, try this. :)

Spring greens ! This is a Naeng-ii(shepherd's purse). kimch , fried fish, cereal mixed rice and bean sprout soup. bean sprout contains lots vitamine C, the soup is great hang-over food.
[View Photo] I made some Kimbap for hiking. It's high carb food, good for outdoor activties or picnic. I might buy a chocolate bar for if case though, I usually bring these high carb snack, some fruits and water.
