No expert here but basically you need approx 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight/daily. Max 50 grams per 3-4 hours. Hope that helps. There is great info in detail on this site.
You look to have a good foundation acording to your pictures! Must be a heck of a thing to be into fitness in your native land with the cultural outlook on modestey etc. One thing..not that I have a problem with it ,once, but telling an american man that he has a "HOT" body when you are male can tick some people off BIG time.
