I am glad you enjoyed ur 1st show, then it becomes additive ha! My next show is the Fort Lauderdale Cup October 10. I got a new suit though, trainer suggested a get a red one. I like it! Best wishes in ur upcoming show, its about the same time as mine huh? Train hard and rock the stage :)

just in case I checked the next camp dates for u if u want 1 before school starts, in August 6-8 & then 1 September 4-6. Joining team has impacted my training and life so much in a positive way and I would LOVE for u to be a teammate and enjoy the incredible experience with me. If you do go to camp, please tell Shannon I referred you, we get bonus bombshell bucks for it..LOL sounds like school huh? Take care and hope to see you soon on stage

Alot of people in my gym are training for Heart of Dixie, maybe I will try to come and cheer you on! I am training for the Fort Laud cup in October. I am pissed today cause dentist has me on no training for a week, swollen tooth (on pain killers now) and root canal next week....bummer ;( Keep training hard and I will try to make it to the show..aug. 22 right?

Hey girly, havin a great summer? we just got back from visiting family in Mexico for 3 weeks. Are you still going to the Bombshell camp this weekend? Shannon says its a full camp, lots of fun!!!

Hi, the tanning dye washed out easily, pick the color you always look best in and go with the darkest shade of that. My suit being made is red this time. Best wishes in your journey!!!

Camp was tough but so awesome! It's a totally different work out than any other and that's probably why it works. Shannon&Rob are great! They'll see lots of potential in you! I drove there, it was 6 hours from P'cola, I had checked the flight prices before I left but it was $700 to fly WHAT??? My next show is the Fort Lauderdale Cup in October, a National Qual so I know can make amazing improvements and hopefully qualify. Keep in touch! What camp are you doing? Team Bombshell rocks!!!!!

WOW! Welcome fellow bombshell. I wish you were going to the Bombshell camp this weekend, we could car pool and have a blast all weekend while getting our butts kicked LOL Shannon says there are still 2 spots left, you should consider going with me.

Thank you, it was a great show, had a blast backstage and met some great girls! Any feedback is helpful to keep improving, I know I messed up on posing in the Figure B, somehow totally forgot about my feet position...ugh always a lesson learned for next time. Still need to work on building shoulders, have bombshell academy this weekend and looking forward to getting on track with Shannon's diet and workouts. Thanks, and again awesome show :) I loved the stage and lighting too!

It was a blast backstage with you! You kept my nerves and kept me smiling and laughing! Congrats on your wins at STeel World, you look sooo great! I love this sport to, just need to find the right diet/work out that is effective for me, heading to Daytona Beach this weekend for Bombshell Academy and am sooo excited to get Shannon's advice and team support! You keep it going, girly!!!! :)

Hope you check this often, if not I will call within the next couple days. Anyway, I have decided I will compete in Steel World, had some medical issues that keep me from knowing for sure. Do I need to send my check for reg. fee or can I pay at check-in, and due to work and living in P'cola, is it a must that I check-in Friday night or can I also do that Saturday morning, no biggie just trying to work out the schedule. Hi Shannon, wanted to get info on available camp locations, dates. I live in Pensacola, Fl, also the cost and benefits of becoming a member of the bombshell team, I feel I am too lean, and when I read your bio about your beginning I was inspired that I could do this too! Thanks for the quick reply. I was #9 in the show, divisions over 30 B and novice C, any judge feedback would be great! I will try to make the April 16, any more info on that time, place, etc... Thank you
