I have always loved fitness and health as a way of life style and dealing with stress . It was always an invigorating part of my day until I moved across country! I left beautiful colorado to come to the East coast and I just hit rock bottom. I gained over 120 pounds of fat and was miserable and lethargic. Finally I woke up and decided enough was enough. I wanted to reclaim my life. I have since lost almost 100 pounds and would like to lose about 25 to 30 more and complete a triathalon!
Why I Love It:
It is rejuvanting, inspiring and it makes me grateful for a functioning freely moving body!
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STREGTHENS ME!! That I must LIVE FOR SOMETHING THAT WILL OUTLIVE ME!!! JESUS CHRIST!!!!!! And finally, MY WONDERFUL HUSBAND WHO IS A DAILY INSPIRATION!! Others who are fit, and keeping my goals in front of me.

Thank you for the add. You have made awesome changes and in as a "nurse to be" you realize the necessity to be fit and healthy. Congratulations on taking charge and making a difference. My hubby (bodyspace: Captain Ahab) and I both lost weight and the difference it made to the quality of our lives is 180 degrees.
